Boys and 400m v 300m rule proposal:
is agreed that U15 boys will run 300m in
Championship events and U15 National League.
Other competition providers can use their

Rankings Site: Very
Having looked at this site (run by Peter Matthews)
it will do everything Po10 does plus it has some
excellent new features including a 'League section'.
The Power of 10
is much more than just rankings and results. It is a
year-on-year drive to achieve greater strength in depth of every
single event in all age groups and every part of this nation. 23-11-10
